Administrative Assistant

DELV is currently seeking an energetic individual with excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude. The successful applicant will be a pro-active, detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter. Excellent command of English as well as the minimum of 1 year’ experience in a similar role are essential for this position.

Responsibilities of this role involve but are not limited to the following areas:
• office administration
• assisting Delv’s management globally
• managing communication with employees and subcontractors
• provide HR support to all locations (PL, US, and UK in particular)
• execute standardized company procedures
• supporting other departments with any ad-hoc needs
• solving arising issues and assisting with all queries

Candidate must have:
• excellent oral and written English
• good command of Polish
• min. 1 year’ work experience in the Administration/HR department
• problem-solving attitude
• readiness for having an independent and responsible role
• accuracy and attention to detail
• ability to find and suggest solutions by themselves

• bachelor’s degree
• experience working for an American and/or British company
